Therapy services are now available via teletherapy. All services are provided via a HIPAA-secure video platform.
Teletherapy can be very useful when you want to keep your appointment, but aren't able to make it to an in-person session. It allows you to be in your home, your office, or even your car, and still meet confidentially with a licensed mental health professions.
I will review the risks and benefits of choosing teletherapy over in-person services, and I'm happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I have completed specialized training and have been approved to provide teletherapy services by the Louisiana State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors. I maintain this specialization through ongoing professional education.
