I am available to assist organizations as a consultant on various topics, including, but not limited to, staff training, trauma-informed care, program development, service delivery, documentation, and ethics. I can provide direct support to staff on topics related to vicarious traumatization, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout in an effort to foster greater self-care, improved morale, and decreased turnover.
I can also provide individual and/or group counseling services to agency clients or employees by contract.
